Booking Policy:
At Skin by Lily, we strive to provide the best service to all our clients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone’s needs, we have implemented the following last-minute cancellation policy:
1. Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients who may be waiting.
2. How to Cancel:
* Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or through our online booking system. Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation.
3. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Product Refund Policy:
At Skin by Lily, we take pride in offering high-quality skincare products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following product refund policy:
1. Returns and Exchanges
- Unopened Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you experience an allergic reaction or adverse effect, please contact us within 7 days of use, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a product exchange or store credit.
2. Proof of Purchase
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, or store credits. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
- Photos of the damaged or defective product may be required to process the return or exchange.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Final Sale Products
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. In-Store Purchases
- For products purchased directly in our studio, returns or exchanges must be handled in person. Please bring the product and your receipt for any returns or exchanges.
7. Online Purchases
- For products purchased online, please contact us at skinbylily@gmail.com for return instructions. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
8. Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
